SAFETY

With the help of our project supervisors, foremen, crews, project managers and safety manager, Dawson Construction has created a safety culture in which a high value is placed on safety. Offering a safe work environment enables us to attract and retain some of the best workers in the industry. Safer workplaces have fewer accidents, which result in lower Experience Modification Rates (EMR’s), which results in lower workman’s compensation rates, allowing us to be more competitive in bidding work.
