DESCRIPTION: Renovation of an 8,000 sf wood frame building, plus an addition of 2,000 sf to create a 12-bed, free standing facility. The new layout will include patient rooms with baths, familty space, conference room, laundry, and a staff break room. Additionally, the facility is receiving all new interior & exterior finishes, mechanical and electrical systems.
